Two-way Google Calendar sync
Add or edit an event in TopHat and have it flow back to Google Calendar too — not just read-only.
Copy A Calendar Event
I was sent a photo of a calendar showing the days in July that I'm volunteering. So, I have two choices: add it to my Google calendar and sync or add it to Top Hat [one at a time manually]. If I choose Google, I enter it once and then copy to the other days. It would be great if we could copy in Top Hat too.
Full Calendar Options When Adding An Event
When adding an event to the calendar, it's currently a two-step process because not all of the features (i.e. reminder, location, who's going, privacy) are available to select when adding. Making it one step would be great.
Drag Events & Tasks On Calendar
Events and tasks can be dragged to a different day or time in Google Calendar. It's easier than going to the item and editing. Wouldn't THAT be cool in Top Hat?!
Video Attachment To Help Communicate
I use a project management program. If there is an issue, a suggestion to be made. or a bug, I have the ability to send a short mp4 to explain. This is a huge help to those behind the scenes fixing things and making improvements.
Recipe extraction
Would LOVE to be able to send a screenshot and have Hattie pull it to a recipe card in notes!
Birthday and Gift Tracker
A place to input all family/friend birthdays, special dates with a gift tracker. I keep a google doc of all family birthdays and then a column with if we've sent a gift already.
Widget - view upcoming
Make a widget where you can see a preview of what’s coming up in the calendar and tasks
Notification Check-ins for Task List
For those who forget about task lists, even after making the list, a reminder a few times in the day (if there are open tasks) to check on the task list and finish what needs doing.
Export your data
Download everything your household has put into TopHat — tasks, events, notes, recipes, shopping lists — as a simple file you can keep. Your stuff should never be locked in.
